I've used IPexpert (v4.0) and netmasterclass workbooks. In my opinion Netmasterclass is in a different class ,labs , support , answer-keys provided by netmasterclass is excellent.
As a side comment I have also attended NMC-1 and NMC-2 , these 2 classes were superb , they definitely get you focused. I'll find out in a fews weeks how much they helped me when I try for my 3rd attempt :-) , take a look at their website for other useful bits and pieces.
