Except if ISIS is defined as interesting traffic on the receiving side !

Subject: dialer idle-timeout
Hi,
Here is the scenario:
FR--------R1---------ISDN-----------R2
IS-IS is running on the network. Backup interface or dial watch is
configured on R1.
To prevent R2 initiate a call, R2's BRI is configured without "dialer-group"
command.
The question is: do I need "dialer idle-timeout 0" on R2?
I think we have to do it.
The reason why we have to put "dialer idle-timeout 0" on the R2's BRI is
that without interesting traffic specified (no dialer-group on it), during
ISDN active it will disconnect every 120 seconds even though IS-IS is
configured on the other side.
Am I right?
Thanks in advance
