As long as the 8 pins don't change, it should be fine. You might want to read the manual for the switch regarding anything like electrical grounding of the rack or stuff like that. But I think you'll be fine.

I only want to use a cable panel for extending the length of ethernet cable between the ip telephone and switch.
1, The cable panel don't use any external power.
2, It provide one-to-one connection, that means connect one ethernet cable with correspond telephone.
3, For one ethernet cable , it doesn't changes 8 lines truns.
Does this cable panel work ?
