I did a lot of research before I chose mine. I went with the IPExpert. They have a complete solution package that I like. Scott Morris has done the CCIE Lab audio series CDs...which are awesome, I listen to them when exercising and commuting back and forth to work (no heavy traffic that early in the morning) . They have a CCIE lab warm-up guide which helps to prepare you for the more difficult labs in the workbook. They have the only workbook that I know of that focuses on single protocol challenges, and they have 22 full-blown labs in the workbook, for a total of 40 labs. Scott has done a student guide for the audio cd's also. The tech support that I have received from IPExpert has been awesome. I have observed posts that comment that the labs are more difficult than the real lab. The other study materials that I use are CCIE PS V 1 and 2, both TCP/IP Routing, and the DOC CD.

hth!
