IPExpert's Lab workbook is definitley not for beginners. The lab
worbook contains 40+ labs, (there are some bonus labs at the end of the book) 18 focusing on single protocol and 22 full blown labs...the labs are not
easy at all, in fact they are more challenging than any other labs
that I have seen on the market, at least by viewing the other vendors
sample labs. They do have a book that was written by Tom Larus, that is a
CCIE Lab warm-up book, which I did before attempting the lab workbook, and
I would recommend this approach. This is what is working for me :-)

 HTH!
