I dont understand your question.
1) Do you mean 192.168.1.x/24 is subnetted to /29 and you want even from 192.168.1.0.----192.168.1.31 (first 30 )
Then your answer would be 192.168.1.0 0.0.0.30
2) But if you mean 192.168.1.x/24 , first even within 30 routes ie 192.168.1-31.X/24
Then your answer is 192.168.0.0 0.0.30.0
3) But if you meant Class B 172.168.1.x subnetted
172.168.0.0 0.0.30.0
I dont understand the question... So I better stop before I make mistakes as to what I think
