Wait to see the redistribution section. I could make it work without having
R4 serial down. Once I shutdown the serial, I have still not been able to
have all the routers know R4 networks !!
Either it's me or the solution given in the book does not work at all. I
would say their solution does not even work when R4's serial is up,
