Hi all,

I know a lot of the "elite networking Gods" on this list have written
and published many successful technical books. I'm interested in finding
out more information and getting the opinions of those that have done
so. What is the process to creating a technical book and how much does
the whole process cost upfront/ongoing? Once the content is written, how
much work is involved in finding a publisher, etc. or whatever other
tasks go along that I'm not even aware of? Has writing and selling books
proved to be a profitable experience? I'd be very interested in hearing
the opinions of all that are willing to contribute their thoughts.

Thanks in advance to all!
