        You can try freeware TACACS+ (see link below). I personally
prefer it over Cisco ACS. I'll take editing the tacacs configuration
with vi over a not so great web interface any day ;-) Lastly I've
noticed in production that the authentication process is faster with
freeware TACACS+ than Cisco ACS.
