Yep, that's what the proctor told me. If you violate the rules about static
or default routes, they don't know how to grade the test, so... fail!!!
And, yet, if you don't get redist to work right, that's pretty much an
automatic fail also. I suppose it's possible for some part of the redist to
not work right and not affect BGP or maybe not cost us all the BGP points,
but how likely is that? And, if BGP isn't working, it's likely that other
things won't work as well. So, while it's an automatic fail, with only a 20
point margin for error, it's unlikely that the 20 point margin isn't used up
if the redist doesn't work. And, then, that assume that there's no other
mistake anywhere else in the lab. Possible, but not likely.
But, on the other hand, how boring would life be without challenges?
