In a situation like this, if I understand it correctly, area 0 is
partitioned until the isdn link comes up, and isdn only comes up if frame
down, leaving area 1 partitioned.. Djikstra is rolling in his grave..
I imagine you could still use the distribute list to tune the metrics so
that it would prefer the route through frame, maybe match on the isdn
interface on the route map and set the metric to 9999.. but isdn will still
stay up because of lsa exchange across the backbone..
