Usually when you are going to run an IGP. For example EIGRP sends its hellos
and updates to the multicast address 224.0.0.10 and RIP version to
224.0.0.10 , OSPF 224.0.0.5 etc.... In this cases you will need to add the
keyword broadcast in the diale map.
