Richard,
Normally Cisco releases an interim version every week (complied
on Friday) that incorporates bug fixes that were integrated during the
week. These IOS images are available only from TAC. Yours looks like a
"one off" special image so you should definitely upgrade when 12.3(8)T
when it comes out.

Remember to that when you upgrade your IOS image you are
swapping out your old bugs for new bugs. You just hope that the new
bugs don't affect you like the old bugs ;-)

Hi Chuck,

10 days to ammend the IOS !! I am impressed. The TAC engineer gave me
a
link to download it. Its name is funny,
c7200-jk9s-mz.CSCee66319.

Hopefully it will fix the problem,

Since it's a 'T' version, they probably put it at a lower priority than
bugs affecting GD or mainline releases. Usually if the issue can be
solved by using a different version (for example 12.2.15 mainline does
what
you need), the TAC will give you that as a short-term solution. Unless
you
absolutely, positively need a 'T' version, don't use one in
production...

Hi group, from your experience, how reactive is Cisco with bugs in the
ios.
If I am using one of the latest codes 12.3.7(T) in a production
environment
but there is a bug according to a TAC engineer how much time can pass
until
it is solved ?

Thanks
