Richard,

Are you sure that this version of IOS will be supported by TAC. I reckon
that this is a bug fix which should be tested to verify that it is indeed
fixed. I've had many a time with software like this but to put it on a live
network you need to make sure that TAC will support it.

Hi group, from your experience, how reactive is Cisco with bugs in the ios.
If I am using one of the latest codes 12.3.7(T) in a production environment
but there is a bug according to a TAC engineer how much time can pass until
it is solved ?
