Charles,

I cannot find ip rsvp anywhere in the Cat3550 syntax, config guide or
command reference. Neither is it mentioned in the Cisco Catalyst Qos book
by Flannagan, et. al. It is available under the int vlan on my cat 6000 in
native mode.

As far as I can tell, RSVP is not supported on the 3550 or the 3750. You
might want to look into Auto QoS to guarantee voice bandwidth.
