Packetseeker can give you graphical reports, right out of the box (www.packeteer.com). The basic version, does monitoring only. But it will give you a breakdown of all apps on your link with top talkers and top listeners and efficiency. Only downside is, it is an appliance that sits between your router and switch. But well worth for troubleshooting.
