Hello Richard,
I used to work at Technical Support for Citrix. Basically, I think the
time it takes to resolve a bug, is dependent on how severe the case is
opened as. For example if it is a bigger enterprise customer that can
have a big impact on sales, then I think the bug can be resolved
quicker. If it is a smaller reseller then it may not be solved so
quickly. They probably have priorities assigned with each case, as to
how and when it is handled. Again, I dont work for Cisco, and I have
only spoken with Cisco Technical Support once on a hardware problem.
I hope that helps.
Sincerely,
Matijevic

Hi group, from your experience, how reactive is Cisco with bugs in the
ios. If I am using one of the latest codes 12.3.7(T) in a production
environment but there is a bug according to a TAC engineer how much time
can pass until it is solved ?
Thanks
