Ahmed,

Although 12.2T features are not specifically required, you can use them to satisfy any requirement on the exam (provided 12.2T is loaded on the router you need it on). However, prior to August 1, there _must_ be some other "pre-12.2T" way to configure a solution, but that doesn't mean you _need_ to use that solution if you know another way to do it with the IOS version provided.

Hope this helps!
Ken

        Subject: Interesting Question

Cisco Website claims that 12.2T version may be available on some routers, but
        not be tested until August.

Here is my question, for example, for lab takers before August.

        Cisco has added a feature "ISIS Circuit-type point-to-point" under 12.2 T
        chain.

If I have a scenerio, where I need to configure ISIS adjency over Frame-Relay
with one end configured p2p and the other end is physical/multipoint. I will
have to configure Tunneling since 12.2 doesn't offer circuit-type command.

If the router is running 12.2T will I loose points if I used the command.

        Regards,

        Ahmed
