How to terminate the small-server services

Hello All,
 
I'm new to this group and want to start with a question which sounds silly,
I'm using SecureCRT terminal, and when I tried the UDP/TCP small-server services (i.e. Echo, Chargen or Discard) I couldn't terminate any of these services using the CR+LF (carriage return and line feed) as mentioned in the documentation.
 
how to use CR+LF in my terminal and is there any other way to accomplish this?
