IT`S A FAIR COP.

i admit it ...i don`t understand how this works ....

i am trying to find out how to rate limit on an ethernet interface....

i want to limit the link to a TOTAL of 3mg

i have looked everywhere and i have found no luck

can someone PLEASE point me in the right direction...
