I think this is your answer for question 1:

snmp-server ip precedence 5

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/lan/c3550/12119ea1/3550c
r/cli2.htm#3069799

If it says "All network management traffic", I would say this is it.

Subject: Question About IEexpert Free Lab

About the advanced catalyst 3550 part of the free Lab
40:
The requirement are:
1. All network management traffic generated by switch1
should have the IP Precedence bit set to 5. You are
NOT allowed to configure MQC or PBR.
2. On switch2, VLAND devices are allowed to remain
cached in its forwarding table even if they dont
transmit a single packet for up to 6 minutes.
3. In the future switch2 will be connecting to a
cluster using its GigabitEthernet0/1 port.
Spanning tree on this port should be converged within
>1 second. Configure switch1 to send a trap to
140.10.69.101 whenever any of its ports flap, except
port FastEthernet0/1.

I think set aging time for mac-address-table can be
used for 2. But I have no idea for 1 and 3. Does
anyone know how to do this?
