Hey Joe,
I think that by far that best source for QoS knowledge and understanding is
the Cisco Press book, DQoS. I read it and other books on the topic and in
my opinion, this book has the clearest, most logical explanations and
comprehensive coverage of the topic available today. Off-hand, I don't have
the ISBN or author, but just go to the Cisco Press site and you can find it
there.
