My biggest problem is that it is illogical, and randomly groups
subjects that are fundamentally unrelated, while separating concepts
that have significant technological similarity.

For example, what is wrong with generalizing to "connection oriented
services", and not just restricting it to ISDN and POTS dial, but
putting ATM and FR under it? In preparing a study guide, one could
very logically put soft-state quasi-connection services here as well,
such as parts of IGMP and RSVP. IGMP, of course, also needs to be
under multicast, while RSVP also belongs under QoS.

But why is IPv6 under QoS rather than with IP and IP addressing?
Offhand, the only QoS-specific thing in v6 is the flow field, and
even IPv4 has the ToS field. There's more similarity than difference
in things like DHCPv6 and DHCP, ICMP and ICMPv6+Neighbor Discovery,
etc.

I could go on with more examples, but I hope people see my point.
