No Frame-Relay Inverse-ARP

If the task states use only marked DLCI, in other words no dynamic frame-relay
and make sure everything is pingable

Is the command "no frame-relay inverse-arp" be sufficient enough or it should
be configured along with "no arp frame-relay". In Karl Solie's book, I have
noticed the second command al the time.

In physical interfaces/multipoint interfaces, router can't ping itself unless
its own ip address is configured with the map command so should we include
that.

I would hate to lose points for these two reasons.
