So it means that if we ommit the dialer-list command from the remote router
then at the end of default idle-timeout 120S the link will be brought down
only if the remote router IDLE-TIME timeout left is lower than the calling
router, but if calling router's IDLE-TIMEOUT is lower than called router
then we should be okay.
