I think I understand now.
For example, If I have only one snmp server, then by just enabling,
"SNMP-SERVER ENABLE TRAPS VTP", only VTP traps will be sent to snmp-server
host. If I have two snmp-servers then both will receive the vtp traps. If I
don't want vtp traps to be sent to the 2nd server, then I must enable
SNMP-SERVER HOST 1.1.1.1 CISCOTRAPS VTP.
