Mohit,

        You should be configuring the ISDN step by step. Get basic IP
reachability, then add IS-IS. If your adjacency is up, then add the
other ISDN options such as authentication and callback. If you do the
configuration in a structured approach such as this, and test at every
interval, you'll know exactly what configuration caused your problem if
one does occur.

        On a side note, although IS-IS uses a LSAP and DSAP that is
associated with CLNS, it is still used to route IP. You cannot
transport IP over the interface unless you have layer 3 to layer 2
resolution for IP (i.e. via the dialer map statement).
