Doesn't look like they're posted yet but.....
"12 MAY 2004: For the first time, the CCIE program is publishing lab blueprints to assist candidates preparing for the challenging eight-hour lab exam. The hands-on lab, taken in addition to a two-hour written exam, distinguishes CCIE from other industry certifications. The blueprint is a detailed outline of topics likely to appear on the lab exam. The topics listed are guidelines and other relevant or related topics may also appear. In general, new product features become eligible for testing on CCIE lab exams six months after general release.
CCIE lab blueprints can be found online by visiting CCIE Exam Overview and clicking on 'Preparing for the Lab Exam' for the specific track"
