Here is what worked for me.
R3----R5----R4
Be able to trace to R4 but not R5.
The first 2 responses are from differnet int's on R5 the next are successful
traces to R4 and R6. R6 Also
connects on the otehr side of R5.

No, you can't do that, coz outbound ACL doesn't filter locally generated
traffic.
