Ahmed,

No one but yourself can answer that question. What's best for you might not
be what best for someone else. What are your strengths and what are your
weaknesses? Maybe, if your not that strong with ISDN, you could do just the
isdn portion of each of the remaining labs. Or, perhaps you should read
through the Solutions Guide for all the labs to see what information is new
to you.
