AP350 loosing config during upgrade

Hi all,

Littel bit off-topic. Migrating some AP350 to IOS works fine. But when I upgrade the IOS after that to a newer release, they are loosing their config. This happens in app. 50% of the upgrades.
Anyone seen similar behavior?
