The copy I bought from Bradshaw Labs last year did *not* include PPP
over ATM. I would strongly suggest you study it, however.
Most of what you need to know about PPP over ATM for the lab can be

Without breaking the NDA I will say that most of the ATM stuff I have
encountered in my many attempts has been pretty straightfoward and
relatively simple. Studying a lot of complex ATM scenarios may be
interesting and informative but it would be overkill for lab
preparation.
