We wrote IEWB-RS on 12.2.(15)T7 Enterprise Basic,
c2600-j1s3-mz.122-15.T7.bin. I checked the IOS feature navigator to
compare this with the 2500 images: http://www.cisco.com/go/fn. It looks
like c2500-js-l.12.1-5.T17 is your best bet. At a glance features that
are covered in the workbook and not supported in that image are:

Adaptive Frame Relay Traffic Shaping for Interface Congestion
BGP Conditional Route Injection
BGP Hide Local-Autonomous System
BGP Hybrid CLI Support
BGP Prefix-Based Outbound Route Filtering
Class Based Ethernet CoS Matching & Marking (802.1p & ISL CoS)
Class-Based Frame-Relay DE-Bit Matching and Marking
Class-Based Marking
Class-Based Policing
Class-Based RTP & TCP Header Compression
Dialer Persistent
Dialer Watch Connect Delay
Diffserv Compliant WRED
Enhanced Password Security
Frame Relay - Multilink (MLFR-FRF.16)
Frame Relay Fragmentation with Hardware Compression
Frame Relay IP RTP Priority
Frame Relay Queuing and Fragmentation at the Interface
iBGP Multipath Load Sharing
IEEE 802.1p Support
IEEE 802.1Q VLAN Support
IGMP Fast Leave
Integrated IS-IS Point to Point Adjacency over Broadcast Media
IP DSCP marking for Frame-Relay PVC
Link Fragmentation and Interleaving (LFI) for Frame Relay and ATM
Low Latency Queueing (LLQ) with Priority Percentage Support
Modular QoS CLI (MQC) - Based Frame Relay Traffic Shaping
Modular QoS CLI (MQC) Three-Level Hierarchical Policer
Modular QoS CLI (MQC) Unconditional Packet Discard
NBAR - Network-based Application Recognition
NBAR Real-time Transport Protocol Payload Classification
OSPF ABR type 3 LSA Filtering
OSPF Inbound Filtering using Route Maps with a Distribute List
Packet Classification Based on Layer3 Packet-Length
Packet Classification using Frame-Relay DLCI Number
Percentage-Based Policing and Shaping
PPP over ATM
Privilege Command Enhancement
QoS Packet Marking
QoS Priority Percentage CLI Support
Rotating Through Dial Strings
Service Assurance Agent (SAA) APM Application Performance Monitor
Voice Over IP (VoIP)

I would recommend renting rack time outside of your home study
equipment to cover these features.
