I stayed at the Embassy Suites Milpitas for both of my attempts.

It only took about 15 minutes to get to Cisco - even during the morning
commute.

Not sure about a shuttle as I decided to rent a car. I did not want to
depend on a shuttle or taxi to get to the lab.

The breakfast is free and starts at 6 am

They do have high speed Internet access avaialable but make sure you request
it as some rooms do not include it.

I like the Embassy Suites because the rooms are good sized with a separate
bedroom and living room area. Plenty of space to relax and review notes on
your final day. The breakfast was also key. I did not want to go to a
restaurant on the morning of the lab because I prefer to minimize any
potential "unknown" factors like speed of restaurant service or arrival of
taxi cabs.

Good luck.

Subject: San Jose Hotels

Dear All,

Cisco recommends the following list of hotels to stay at while being in San
Jose for the exam.

Embassy Suites ( 901 E. Calaveras Milpitas ) Embassy Suites (2885 Lakeside
Drive) Quality Suites (3100 Lakeside Drive) Milpitas Residence Inn by
Marriott( 1501 California Circle)

Would you kindly provide your feedback on which of those to prefer based on
the following items:

1) How close is the hotel to Cisco ?
2) Does th hotel provide a free shuttle to/from Airport or to/from Cisco ?
3) What is the time the hotel serves breakfast ?
4) Does the hotel provide Internet Service at guest rooms ?
5) Your overall rating of the hotel.

Thanks a lot for your feedback.

Regards,
Yasser
