might be because of an ospf mtu mismatch.
try system mtu 1500 and reload cat.
and do you see type 7 flags in ospf debugs?
if this is the case you can try ip ospf pri 0 on Cat.
i remember i read this somewhere.
in my case, this was because of a hardware failure,
you can check sh int outputs to see if there are any errors.
