No, it should be "network 10.10.0.0 0.0.255.255 area 0".

Two typos, then? The OSPF ntwk command was "Netwo 10.0.0.0
0.0.255.255", but all I/Fs have 10.10.x networks, so none would be
included. Or was that your point?

? Because of the mask, none of the networks will be included, since the
second octet is 10, not 0
