Problem with MSN & YAHOO MSG.

Hi all,

I'm facing a weird problem at a site we implemented recently. This organization was connected to the internet through a leased line. The router connects to a firewall before it reaches the internal LAN. Recently, we moved them to a satellite connection. Since then, everything works just great except for these two messengers: MSN & YAHOO. They work with some users and don't work with others. However, even when they work, they take long time to connect. And they rarely connect from the first attempt. It takes them 2+ attempts to work.!!!

Any clue?? I wonder if there is any issues between these applications and the sat connection. I know the sat connection got higher delay, correct??

I would appreciate any help in this.
