If the next-hop is an ip address, the router will inspect its routing
table ALWAYS!!

Objet : Route-maps (Policy Routing)
If I setup a route-map to do policy routing pointing to a next-hop ip
address based on the source address and the next-hop address becomes
unavailable.
Will the IGP take over and send the packet to the next best hop address?
Thanks,
Carlos
