John, I think before posting something like this you should be contacting
those at the company. I can assure everyone that this is NOT the norm with
that company at all. I have called everyone in that company several times
and never once has that happened to me. This company is one of the best I
have ever dealt with, for any reason ! I would say some wires got crossed
here. The point I am trying to make is to not flame someone right away.
Customer service sometimes take a while to take over, but harsh words can
linger forever.

Hello,
Yes a little frustration on my part, just seemed to be a
miscommunication, ccbootcamp is a very good company, in which I have
invested a lot of time with. Brad Ellis has been instrumental in helping
me achieve in what I have done so far. The mock lab experience was very
good other than a few inconvienences. Excellent feeback that I got, I
will take the exam shortly and let you all know how I do.
Sincerely,
John

John, I am sorry to hear that but don't get upset. Brad may have had a
bad
day or something similar. You know sometimes it happens :( I am sure
you
will get what you paid for,

Cheers

Hello Team,
I just took the mock lab. It is around $600. Just to let you know they
use
2500's on their racks. And many times the router would have to freeze
and
you would have to log into an apc and reboot the router, this was a
major
headache when trying to complete an exam. Also I did not receive any
feedback. I called and spoke to Brad Ellis and he said I did not do
well,
hung up on me and said he had to go. I though I was supposed to get a 15
minute review today with the reviewer of the exam? What kind of customer
service is this company? Sincerely, John
