Hey everyone,
I was under the impression that there are some "gotcha's" when
performing ISIS migrations (putting multiple ISIS areas on a single
router). However, after reading Doyle's TCP/IP Routing Volume 1, he
seems to imply this is a relatively simple task; just install multiple
areas on a single router and it will form adjacencies with neighbors
that have at least one area in common.
Am I missing something? Any gotcha's, pitfalls, recommendations? Since
I have little industry experience on ISIS, I really don't want an ISIS
"gotcha" to be the cause of another failing grade. :-(
Thanks to all in advance!
