You will be getting extensive feedback shortly!

When you called, Brad Ellis was out the door to catch a flight and
didn't have time to talk. Brad Ellis does not provide the reviews! I
don't think he hung up on you. You just misunderstood the time pressure
he was under when he tried to cut the conversation short.

Bill Lijewski your proctor was busy grading your lab. Bill is still
grading your lab and should be done shortly. I think he has spent over 6
hours grading it. It takes longer to grade if there are lots of errors.
The other mock lab student from yesterday signed up first so his lab was
graded first. It takes time to do this correctly. We don't just run a
script to grade your lab. We take the time to do it correctly! I think
you just need to be more patient. If necessary please call Bill Lijewski
at 702-968-5100 and I'm sure you will be more than satisfied with the
response you receive.

You should receive the following very shortly.

1. Your graded exam explaining what you did wrong.
2. An extensive lab walk-thru that explains everything that needed to be
done to complete the lab with detailed explanations.
3. The final configurations
4. A chance to talk to Bill on the phone to discuss your mock lab exam.

Yes, routers R1 thru R9 are 2500's. Routers R14 and R14 are 3640's. We
are in the process of upgrading routers R5 and R5 to 2610's.

Did you try and call, e-mail, or page when you had hardware issues?
These things happen sometimes and we are very responsive when these
issues come up.

I think you will be very satisfied with your feedback and customer
service. Please feel free to call me after your lab has been graded to
discuss this matter if you are not completely satisfied.

Hello Team,
I just took the mock lab. It is around $600. Just to let you know they
use 2500's on their racks. And many times the router would have to
freeze and you would have to log into an apc and reboot the router, this
was a major headache when trying to complete an exam. Also I did not
receive any feedback. I called and spoke to Brad Ellis and he said I did
not do well, hung up on me and said he had to go. I though I was
supposed to get a 15 minute review today with the reviewer of the exam?
What kind of customer service is this company?
