PPP over FRAME-Rlay with Dialer Interfaces

Folks,

I know that virtual-template can be configured over both ATM and Frame-Realy,

For Frame-Relay

int s0
encapsulation frame-relay
frame-relay interface-dlci ppp virtual-template 1

int virtual-template 1
ip address 10.0.0.1 255.255.255.0
encapsulation ppp

Can Dialer interface be configured over Frame-Relay.  I have tested with ATM,
and it worked, but for Frame-Relay it doesn't give me an option to bind my
dialer interface.
For example, with ATM
int atm 0/0
encapsulation aal5snap
protocol ppp dialer
dialer pool-member 1
int dialer 1
ip address 10.0.0.1 255.255.255.0
encapsulation ppp
dialer pool 1
But with Frame-Relay, How?
