RE: CCIE Lab Grading [bcc][faked-from]

As with most statistics, this doesn't tell the whole story. Assuming the .3% number is accurate, it still only reflects the number of people who and had their score changed from failing to passing, it does not represent the number of grading errors. I had a lab re-scored, and although it did not change the outcome, the grades in 3 sections were changed (I still don't think I should have had to pay the re-grade fee). So although I did not make it into the .3% category, my test was graded incorrectly.

A much more useful number would be the percent of errors found in all re-grades, regardless if it changes the outcome. I doubt that Cisco would ever publish such a number, but I hope they at least track it internally so they know how accurate their grading really is.
