Hello group,
Suppose an Internet router is connected to an ISP via a 10 Meg ethernet
link. But the ISP port is rate limited at 4 Mbps. I would like to configure
shaping on the router port so that the ISP does not drop any packet.
Should I configure the shaping target rate at 4 Mbps with no excess bursting
capability ? Or is there a better strategy ?
Thank you
