I'm not aware of limitations.

What are the limitations of EIGRP ?
Their are two commands that can be used.

One global local --> which is distance 91 171 all routes will be manipulated

or distance 123 10.70.5.1 0.0.0.0 69 where 10.70.5.1 is the source and 69
is the access-list
access-list 69 permit 149.5.1.0 0.0.0.255
