Many thanks Brian but still didn't get your point crystal clear. Just to
confirm, does the police command parameters meaning is same as the
rate-limit command (whenever there is no be, set the bc=be in both commands)
??
If required to limit traffic to CIR and burst to 1/2 of CIR, would I set the
bc=be=CIR in bits/8 ??
And in which situation (which requirement) am I going to set the be to
bigger value than bc ??
Also will the be value in both police and rate-limt commands equal to bc
value + another specific extra value ??
