Not 100% sure, but...
as I recall, the IOS logging feature classifies messages by severity on a scale of 0 to 7. If you do a "logging console ?", you'll see the meanings of each level and this controls by level which messages are displayed. So, if you don't want to see messages of level 3, change the logg console to 2 and you'll only see messages of 2, 1 and 0.
As far as I know, there isn't a way to turn off the display of an individual message.
Of course, if I'm mistaken (which often I am), I hope someone much more knowledgable then myself comes forwards and corrects the error of my thinking.
