Terminal access to Marconi ASX ATM switch

I bought a Marconi ASX-200BX ATM switch from E-bay. I am unable to login via
comm port using RS-232 cable and PC hyperterminal software.
If anyone among you has worked on these boxes, pls suggest me howto.
