David,
Normally, tc =BC/CIR
If your tc is 15 ms, then your bc must have been set to 16000.
Once you configure the bc, the tc is calculated automatically by the
router.

Subject: Default shaping interval (Tc)
Hello,
Which is the FR default shaping interval (Tc) for a CIR=1024000 bps ?
In the solutions for the lab i'm doing, Tc = 63 ms. But when i introduce
a
FR map-class in the router with CIR=1024000 bps, the default Tc that
appears
is 15 ms.
Could somebody tell me which is the valid Tc for CIR = 1024000 ?
Is there some method to know the default relationship CIR/Tc ?
Thanks a lot for the help
