But to answer your question in brief.
It depends on the size of each site but you could look at SRST at remotes
with fraction or full e1/t1 for pstn leaving the local sites the only thing
traversing the link to HO will be call controll traffic which is minimal use
LLQ priority queue for flash prec 3.
Other options include CM's at bigger remotes with intercluster trunks
between clusters.Regions for CAC or possibly GK but in you case probably
not.
You can place callmanagers from the same cluster at different locations I
would not reccomnet this at all !
CME and Unity express are the other options for you to look at remote
locations
Provide a little more detail and post to the link I gave you and you will
get alll the answers you need : )

Subject: Planning on Distributed Call Processing Model

planning process for one of my customers for migration to VoIP :) My
customer currently has 1 HQ site with 13 remote sites.

budget is still not an issue. If my customer wants to proceed with the
distributed Call Processing model (so it gives them higher availability),
what devices do I have to put at each site? (i.e. CCM cluster, Voice
messaging, media resources, gatekeeper etc).
